Hotel Universel Montréal

Room is large comfortable and air-conditioned well. The place is clean throughout. It was busy but did not feel noisy nor overcrowded anywhere.

The location is very convenient to the Biodome, Planetarium, Botanical Gardens and Insectarium. All are with within walking distance of the hotel. Rooms were in a quiet location of the hotel. Even with a loud party going on we could not hear anything. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and informative when I had a number of questions.

Very clean hotel. Nice grounds and entrance. Beautiful clean pools,1 inside and 1 outside. Beds were very comfortable. Clean smelling sheets and towels in bathroom. Had a restaurant, workout room, Close to many attractions. Lots of biking; parks in the area, we will certainly stay there again

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was knowledgeable and super helpful. And two pools were amazing. It was really close to Olympic park and walking distance for everything we needed. It was great the housekeeping only comes when requested.

Excellent location of the hotel. Few minutes walk to the Biodome and short drive to downtown. The room was great. Mattresses were super comfortable and even though I was awake few times per night I still had a great sleep. My husband and son were sleeping like babies all night long. And another huge bonus is that there was no sound of heater at all. So it was very quite at night. There is mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. Free onsite parking. There is community microwave on the basement floor by the pool. Indoor swimming pool was excellent. Pretty warm water. And there was sauna too!!!
